• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
• Once your order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Neemuch, M.P., you will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• We partner with trusted and reliable third-party logistics courier services to cover multiple pin codes across India.
• Standard Delivery Timelines: Typically, shipments take between 3 to 7 business days to arrive depending on your geographical location.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total order weight (e.g., Pouches, Bottles, Jars, or Tins) and your delivery address. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

3. Packaging and Transit Safety

• Because our cooking oil is packaged in diverse formats (pouches, PET bottles, heavy-duty jars, and metal tins), we use reinforced, industry-standard packaging materials to prevent any leakage or transit damage.
• In the rare event that your package arrives with severe external damage or leakage, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Shipping Address Changes & Delays

• Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including House/Flat No., Landmark, and Pin Code) at checkout. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
• Delays may occasionally occur due to local weather conditions, festive season rushes, strikes, or unforeseen logistics bottlenecks beyond our control.

5. International Shipping

• Currently, RassoiReet (Dhirendra Soya Agro Pvt. Ltd.) only ships within the domestic borders of India.
